There is this Teflon based (PTFE) product that is not sold in stores called 5 Star Shine. By using PTFE on your car's paint instead of wax, your car literally gets a non-stick Teflon surface for years. There’s nothing else on the market that comes close to the convenience and protection you get with 5 Star Shine.

I think so highly of it, I’m asking you to click on the link below to their website. That way, if you go ahead and order from their website, I will get a small contribution to help support PC-Friends.com. It’ll be money well spent to protect your automobile investment.

They don’t tell me who made the sale, so you need to let me know! Please let me know after your purchase, so I can express my appreciation.

I have been using 5 Star Shine on my Pontiac for over three years now. I put it on about 6 months after I bought the car new. Everyone notices how nice the paint still looks after 3 years. I can’t begin to tell you how much longer the car goes without needing a wash. I wash my car every two or three months now, and it looks better than it did when I washed it twice as often. And washing the car is much faster because most of the dirt washes off with plain water even before the soap is used.

It takes a lot of time and/or money to nicely detail your car these days. Your paint really takes a lot of crap when you leave your car parked outside like most of us do. It’s a fact that all the car-wax products out there last but a few weeks, perhaps a couple of months before their protection properties are gone.

5 Star Shine is easy to put on. Just wash the car with the preparation solution, then spread the PTFE liquid solution on the car, and wipe off when dry. You can easily do an average car in one afternoon yourself. If the car is pretty dirty, you may want to wash it with your regular method once before using the preparation solution.

After wiping the dry PTFE, dirt, dust, and bird poop will practically fall of your car for at least one year before needing another application. Probably closer to two years. Depends on how much sun and dirt your car will see. Mine has been over 3 years and probably will last until next spring. This stuff is priceless!
Speaking of price, the 5 Star Shine system at first glance seems expensive. After all, have you ever paid over $50 for some car wax before? It is understandable that you are skeptical. How could any car wax be worth $50? It’s worth it because it lasts 5 times longer than any other wax while it protects your car paint which is worth potentially thousands of dollars. It saves you a lot more than the added cost of purchase, and is literally saves you hundereds of dollars.

When you shop for car wax, what are you getting? Hopefully not “real” wax though it is still sold. If you want the paint to look great for a week or two, then real wax will work in this case. If you’re like me, however, you want to wash your car every two months, and wait about 2 years before putting on new wax.

5 Star Shine is the way to go. Most car wax sold now is some kind of polymer, as in plastic. This is a huge improvement in how long the product can continue to protect the car finish. Of all the products at the stores, silicone based is the way to go. But teflon is even better, and is only available by mail order from....
